“My video is about how great leaders aren’t born great leaders, they develop their leadership skills by being “everyday leaders,” by helping others in little ways each day.  I researched Nelson Mandela to learn about his leadership.  He had a lot of challenges in his life, but he didn’t give up.  He made a lot of small, every day choices which eventually led to him becoming a great leader.  This is something we can all do.  We can all be everyday leaders.” –Aleena
