What is an action plan?
An Action Plan for Learning or APFL, is a written document that describes the steps, resources that school leaders and staff co-create together to help maximize the transfer of learning. A school action plan is a documented, formalized planning process that outlines strategies, actions, and activities that will be accomplished over a given period. It also includes challenges to be overcome as well as guidelines for interventions to make change for the future based on student data.
