Welcome to the 2024-25 School Year of Athletics!

Our Athletic Director this year is Ms. Hundal. She will be looking after all the different PEMS sport teams, events and scheduling.

Please be aware that if your child does make one of our sport teams this year, there will be a athletic fee. All fees can be paid on School Cash Online.

All uniforms require a $50 deposit which will be refunded when the uniform is returned at the end of the season. Cheques can be made out to Peter Ewart Middle School – and post dated 3 months ahead of the start date of the season starting. NO CASH is accepted as deposits.

Volunteer Driving?

Any parents/guardians who are interested in driving students to and from field trips and/or sporting events must fill out the Langley School District Volunteer Driver Form. We require a copy of your valid BC Driver’s License, a copy of your current insurance papers with a minimum of $2,000,000 Liability and an ICBC Drivers Abstract.

Drivers can NOT drive other students until all documents have been received and approved by our administrators.

Band and classwork expectations must be met before playing sports.  Student falling behind in class or Band while playing Sports may be asked to rectify these issues before resuming play.  We do our best to work around Band dates but this isn’t always possible.

• Morning Practices are from 7:15am - 8:15am
• Afterschool Practices are from 2:45 - 4:00pm

These practice times are blocked off for these grade groups – It does not necessarily mean that there are practices every week. Please tell your child to listen to announcements and/or check out the athletics board for any updates/info.
