Teacher Mentorship

Effective mentoring depends on a reciprocal learning relationship between an early career mentorship-program-logo_v385.c407417973.jpgteacher and a more experienced mentor. Together they form a partnership to work cooperatively on achieving mutually defined goals that focus on the continued development of skills, abilities, knowledge, and thinking.
